Partner Career Support
We offer an extensive range of career transition services designed around the needs of the employee’s spouse/partner and your budget. Rather than having a prescriptive programme of support, our flexible service allows the individual to work with a specially matched consultant to decide what elements of support will best help them in their move.
Service Specification:
- An initial meeting to introduce the services on offer and determine the person’s needs.
- A pre-defined number of hours of personal coaching.
- A pre-defined number of flexiblecredits which can be exchanged for:
- Additional personal coaching
- Psychometric tests.
- Workshops such as: self employment, franchises, job search and interview techniques, etc.
- Extended use of an on-line database.Access to a faculty of expertise which provides information and advice on topics such as management consultancy, working in the public sector, image coaching, assertiveness, stress management, etc. - A pre-defined timeframe within which the person can access a regional resource centre, with access to workspaces, research materials and
administrative support. - A pre-defined number of months access to an on-line research database and training tool.
