Service Specification:

• Initial assessment of individual's language needs.
• Bespoke one to one lessons, conducted either at home or at work.
• On-site courses.
• Interim and final reports and assessments, to gauge the individual's progress.
• On-line / SMS English language training.
• Intensive residential courses – (Includes: 5 hours tuition per day, materials, full-board accommodation, accompanied visits/activities airport/train transfers).
• Provision of a language tutor who is familiar with the area in which the family lives and who can accompany and assist the spouse through the first months of living in the UK.
• Language tuition for children.
