Service Specification

  • Initial discussion to identify the family's housing requirements
  • Research the housing market to identify properties that match the family's requirements and put together an itinerary of properties for the family to visit.
  • Accompany the family on their house viewings (optional).
  • Negotiate the terms of lease and ensure that the tenancy agreement reflects those terms and conforms to good practice in residential lettings and management.
  • Ensure that any agreed repairs and refurbishments are carried out prior to the tenancy start date.#
  • Arrange an inventory check-in and provide a report for the tenant.#
  • Arrange the transfer of utilities and council tax into the tenant's name.
  • Ensure that a gas safety certificate is provided to the tenant.
