Robinsons offers you access to one of the most powerful reporting tools available on the market today, Oracle’s BI Publisher Enterprise (Source: Gartner and IDC).

• It is an entirely web-based self-service tool allowing you to run or create reports whenever you like. Reports can also be sent automatically to a pre-assigned mailing list whenever and however often you like.
• When running reports, the tool not only extracts data held on our case management system, it is also able apply complex calculations to that data to provide meaningful intelligence. For example, as well as capturing the times activities are due / completed, the tool can calculate the actual working time spent on or between activities by excluding hours outside of work, weekends and public holidays.
• Reports can also aggregate data from other sources e.g. SQL database products like PeopleSoft and SAP, finance systems like Sage or Oracle and so on.
• The Reports can come in various formats to suit you preference, e.g. MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, pdf, XML or HTML.
• The time taken to run a report is extremely quick and is based on immediate and live data, giving you the assurance that reports reflect the most up to date information available.
• Finally, Robinsons also offers you access to as much or as little of the data held on our case management system as you want; even a line by line breakdown of every cost, including our administration and profit margins.
